1. General Information

2. Scope

GEMQO selects and sells loose natural gemstones (unmounted), sourced directly from origin countries (including Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Brazil, and Afghanistan). Every gemstone listed is a one-of-a-kind piece: once a stone is sold, that specific item will no longer be available.

3. Products and Descriptions

Each product listing includes the gemstone's gemmological characteristics (weight, measurements, cut, clarity, species, treatments if any, origin). Photos show the actual stone for sale, not representative samples. Gemmological information is provided based on evaluation by an IGI Analyst; an independent gemmological certificate is available on request at an additional cost.

Minor color variations in photos may occur due to lighting conditions and screen calibration.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in [EUR — confermami la valuta principale] and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

5. Shipping

All shipments are tracked and insured. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout based on destination. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please note: import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

For customers outside the EU, GEMQO offers the same 14-day return window as a matter of policy, though local consumer protection laws may vary and may provide additional or different rights.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at gemqo.corporation@gmail.com. The gemstone must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or not as described. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

7. Legal Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty applicable under Romanian and EU law for defects existing at the time of delivery, where applicable to your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of JelBel Corporation SRL / GEMQO and may not be reproduced without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

GEMQO is not responsible for delays or service failures caused by third-party couriers, force majeure events, customs delays, or improper use of the products by the buyer.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. For any dispute, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules. In all other cases, the competent court is that of Romania.
